Construction began in 1982 this townhouse community of Charleston county SC is comprised of 84 total units. Although technically condos because they are on a horizontal property regime, our development is called "Villas". They over look a quiet stretch of beach in the gated community of Seabrook Island. Most of the buildings are comprised of 12 units per building except one.
